Our analysts are here to offer identification of DEIA barriers using DEIA barriers' analyses and surveys. We will put together a path forward for successful practices using professional development for management change and knowledge mobilization along with a theoretical approach to management change. More areas of focus include but are not limited to human capital optimization and specialized education services.

Our team is comprised of diverse analysts: diverse in areas of analyses, diverse in expertise across the evaluation and assessment life cycle, and diverse in lived epistemology.
